2012 New Year Self Renewals
" January has always been a time of yearly Resolutions, however most of these usually only last a week or two, if we are lucky one to three months.
Instead of putting all the pressure on yourself once a year.
Simply resolve upon waking daily to be the BEST you can be that day.
Thereby, your resolutions, desires, passions and commitments will
have a razor sharp edge on them and this will open the doors
for you to enjoy the trip along the way."

2012: Taking Self Inventory
Ask yourself the following questions. Who, What, Where and Why?
1. Who am I? Don't limit yourself to describe what you do as who you are, but look
deeper.
2. What am I doing with my life? Could I be doing more or less to be content with just
myself.
3. Where am I going? What does my future hold? How do I get there?
4. Why am I doing this? Am I doing this because I need a change? Am I afraid of change?
Do I want more for myself?
There are NO extra points for suffering. This is suppose to be a fun exercise and there is only one rule. Be truthful with yourself. I am reminded of a quote by Ghandi,
"No one can hurt me with out my permission."
